Who this covers
Outside Brazil, this policy describes the processing done by the platform. Local privacy and consumer laws may add rights. Brazil has its own document, from Sottopelle Brasil.
Data we use
Account: name, email, and the password, stored only as a hash.
Purchase: name, email, country, and, when checkout asks for it, a tax identifier or VAT number.
Study: enrollment, lesson progress, and the certificate that was issued.
Visit: a browser identifier and the campaign source, used to measure the funnel. Raw analytics events are kept for about 90 days.
Why
We use this data to create the account, charge, open the course, issue a certificate, block unauthorized access, and answer support. The address is info@renewalhow.com.
Payment
Payment in US dollars is processed by Stripe. Nexus sends Stripe what is required to charge.
How long
The sign-in session lasts 7 days. Country, market, and language last one year. The visitor identifier and the attribution last about 400 days.
Account, order, and enrollment remain while the account exists and for as long as needed to deliver the course and meet a legal duty. A tax retention period is not stated here: the regional entity is not defined yet.
Who else processes it
Stripe processes the payment. The lesson video may be delivered by Mux. Transactional email goes through a mail provider. Those operators receive only what the function requires.
